Range identity minted on first persist. Used for GET by id.
Available options:
invoice, bill Available options:
open, closed Provider document id (QuickBooks Invoice/Bill Id, …).
Ledger contact id (provider customer/vendor id). Join to the bookkeeping counterparties preview external_id — not a Range counterparty FK.
Document date (YYYY-MM-DD).
ISO 4217 document currency, not the books home currency.
Remaining open amount in document currency.
Original document total in document currency.
Due date (YYYY-MM-DD). Overdue is still open.
